These recipes have been developed specially as a support to MetaliM. All of them have been rigorously proven and meet low carbohydrate content. In fact, they are well fitted to Lain America because their ingredients satisfy the Latin American taste.

The amount of carbohydrates is described in each recipe and in many of them their content is almost insignificant. However, the recipes are so delicious that they will make you forget you have modified your eating habits.

NOTE: You can change search criteria if you wish, for example, if you want a cake you have to look for desserts ranging between 10 and 25 grams of carbohydrates per portion and that it’s a cake. Thus, you’ll see all cake recipes between 10 and 25 grams of carbohydrates per portion.
