THIRD PHASE: “STABILIZATION”
Duration: 80 days or less if you are approximately 5 kilos (11 pounds) above your ideal weight. In this phase you consume food with 10-25 grams of carbohydrates per day. If after 80 days you are not 11 pounds or less above your ideal weight you should continue in this phase. Here, you have to increase 10 grams of carbohydrates approximately every 15 days above 18-25 grams of the second phase. You should continue this way until you reach a maximum of 60-80 grams.
