FOURTH PHASE: “FOR THE WHOLE LIFE”
Duration: Indefinite.
Objective: In this moment you are in your ideal weight or very close to it. You will have to remain in this phase from now on. The amount of carbohydrates that you should eat shall not be over 60-100 grams per day depending on your metabolism. The scale will tell you what the correct amount is.

Recommendations for the Second, Third, and Fourth Phase:
- To drink al least 10 glasses of water per day. Space them evenly.
- Do not drink anything with caffeine. Caffeine stimulates hunger.
- Do not exercise or do slight aerobic exercise.
- Avoid all kind of bread, pasta, flour, starch, and food that contain carbohydrates, including fruit.
- Prefer low glycemic index food.
