Responsibility levels and nature of the activities at Eskiny, the Division of Network Marketing of Reyval Corporation, is hierarchized as follows:

Reyval Corporation.
Reyval Corporation is the core of the Organization and it directs Master Distributors of each country to support the activities of Multidimensional Sales and implements international events such as conventions, trips to exotic places, and prizes such as cars and high quality jewelry, awarded to the Distributors that meet their goals.

Reyval Corporation controls the activities of the organization as a whole. Its function is to provide the Distributors, of all levels and from every country, the systems, products, and mechanisms to obtain the benefits with the display of ESKINY System .


• Master Distributor (MD)
The Master Distributor operates simultaneously as responsible of the global performance of the organization in each country and as a link between Reyval Corporation and every level of the organization. In Mexico 's case, Reyval Corporation is considered a Master Distributor with offices and training centers in Hermosillo, Sonora.

HERE IT IS WHERE ESKINY'S ENTRANCE LEVEL BEGINS

• Associate Distributor (AD)
This is the first level and marks the entrance or incorporation to the system. In this level the income is basically the result of your personal sales and to some extent, it could be important, as a direct result of recruitment activities. The only exception is that you receive commissions only from the first level of recruitment, that is, of those who you have recruited in the first place. Your monthly income due to personal sales and the income of your group of recruits range between $800.00 and $3,000.00 US dollars. According to how it is planed, the promotion to Junior Distributor occurs during the first weeks. You just need to have a minimum of three Active Associate Distributors in your Personal Sales Organization and to sell products for the amount of $500.00 US dollars in total during the month. To be able to remain as Junior Distributor you have to keep the aforementioned requirements.


• Senior Distributor (SD)
You have reached this position meeting sales and recruitment goals in fixed periods of time, beginning as Associate Distributor, and having the intermediate position of Junior Distributor until you have had a commercial organization that can be very large. In this position you normally have a level where supervision and control activities of your group of recruits prevail. Your monthly income ranges between $4,000 and $7,000 US dollars. How much you earn depends on your personal and team work. The requirement to become Executive Distributor is to have at least five Senior Distributors operating actively and complying with minimum requirements set for this level.

• Executive Distributor (ED)
You have reached this point after you have passed through several promotions roster in the Organization, that is, as Associate Distributor, next as Junior Distributor, next as Senior Distributor, to finally get the position of Executive Distributor. In this position the responsibilities are of such a nature that you become a direct wing of the MD and your income depends of the global performance of your Organization or Recruits. Your monthly income is higher than $15,000-$20,000 US dollars.

Importance of the Compensation Plan
The Compensation Plan is only one of the most essential elements of any business system and particularly when the business is related to sales of products or services as the main detonators. It is also the last justification of many wonderful people who wake up each morning thinking how to maximize their financial benefits reaching concrete objectives in commercial trade. However, in our formula the scheme of compensation and its specific weight is amplified in the same proportion that the amount of commercial transactions elevates infinitely, because we are using mass media to expand person to person contacts in order to convince them to own some of the products that we offer.


Structure of the Compensation
Within the network marketing industry, it is common that those already familiarized with payment practices in this activity would like to know the compensation plans involved. At eSKINY this compensation plan is known as “Compensation Structure”.

The nature of the compensation plan we have developed puts in first place sales of products rather than recruiting activities and self purchasing. This is basically what makes us different from other methods that have decreased their popularity in the last years, which have placed sales in the first place. However, our system also gives certain importance to “income”, which could be “very attractive”, as a result of the efforts and parallel recruitment that the Distributors have to perform and that could gradually be highly significant as Distributors climb within the Organization.

The Compensation
Compensations for Associate Distributors takes into account three aspects: 1) personal sales, 2) sales performed by recruited Distributors or the Personal Sales Organization (PSO), and 3) through very attractive incentives, bonuses, and prizes that the organization provides in several ways, for many reasons, as a result of reaching specific goals.


Philosophy
It is important to mention that the whole system is supported by a philosophy of commercial distribution, where the members of the system, beginning with the Master Distributor in the first level and down to other levels, are independent distributors who have joined the eSKINY system as businessmen, part time or full time. All of them work under an administrative system or software that can be used through Internet in several ways by anyone with the corresponding access and operation level.


Recruitment
The people you have recruited can be members – directly- if the recruitment is a consequence of your personal activity, if this is the case, they are appointed directly to you. In this case, your commission will be higher because they occupy intermediate levels. Recruited Distributors can be at your same level or exceed your position within the hierarchy or stage due to their own merits. In this case, the sponsor slightly modifies the nature of his/her perception, because his/her recruit is forming a new generation of recruits.

If recruiters keep going up and up and eventually surpass the person who recruited them, at this point, the original recruiter will stop receiving any income from the sales performed by them. That is, when the rank of the recruits is higher than that of the person who recruited them, beginning on that moment they will not be part of your Personal Sales Organization (PSO). As Distributors go up in the hierarchy, the difference in their level of commissions and the ones of their group becomes more significant. This represents a great incentive for spending some of your time in recruiting functions, administration, supervision, and control of your PSO”.
